Meet Jenna
Welcome to my page! My name is Jenna and I am a licensed psychotherapist in Colorado, California, and Florida with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I currently live in Denver, Colorado, and offer virtual therapy to clients across all three states, making it easier to get support wherever you are.

I have always been naturally drawn to people and their stories. Even as a kid, I was the quiet one in the room who noticed everything, how people interacted, what they were feeling, and what was going on underneath the surface. Over time, that turned into a deep understanding of people and a genuine curiosity about what shapes us, how we cope, and how we grow.

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and my Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Since then, I have spent my career doing work that I truly care about, supporting people through a wide range of life challenges and helping them feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves.

I really love what I do and feel grateful to be in a role where I get to show up for people in meaningful moments of their lives. I try to create a space that feels comfortable, real, and judgment free, where clients can be themselves and move at their own pace.

I am also a trained clinical hypnotherapist, which means I use guided relaxation and focused attention to help people work through patterns that can feel harder to change with talk therapy alone. It can be especially helpful for things like anxiety, habits, confidence, and getting unstuck in certain areas. If you are curious about this approach, you can read more about it in the services section.

Along with individual therapy and clinical hypnotherapy, I also offer additional services through my practice, which you can explore in the services section.
